Before you start
Make sure your GoHighLevel account is on at least the Agency Pro plan — that’s required for snapshot deployment. If you’re not sure, log in and check Settings > Agency.
If you don’t have GHL yet, you can sign up directly during onboarding — we’ll guide you through the sub-account setup.
What you’ll need to provide
- Your NMLS number — appended to every outbound message and disclosure.
- Your logo — SVG preferred, or 1024×1024 PNG transparent background.
- Your brand colors — primary + accent hex codes.
- Your state(s) of licensure — drives state-specific disclosure logic.
- Your DBA / firm name — exactly as it should appear in disclosures.
- A description of your ideal borrower — first-time buyer, refi-focused, jumbo specialist, etc. — drives nurture prioritization.
- Your preferred response signature — name, role, NMLS, photo URL.
- A list of programs you actively originate — FHA, VA, Conv, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM. Drives calculator visibility.
What happens during install
Hours 0-2 — Snapshot pushed to your GHL. Pipelines, custom fields, workflows, calendars, forms, funnels, AI prompts, and all 7 calculator landing pages land in your sub-account.
Hours 2-8 — Default templates applied. Email templates, SMS templates, and AI receptionist prompts are populated with mortgage-tuned defaults.
Hours 8-18 — Compliance scaffolding configured. TCPA consent strings, NMLS appended, state-specific disclosures wired in, A2P 10DLC registration verified.
Hours 18-24 — Branding pass. Your logo, colors, contact details, and NMLS are baked into every funnel, email, SMS, and calculator.
Day 2-3 — Walkthrough call. We screenshare your live snapshot and answer questions. You provide tweaks; we apply them.
Day 4 — Go live. First test borrower runs end-to-end. We monitor for 7 days and tune any rough edges.
After install — the first 7 days
The first week is about tuning. Watch the first 10-20 borrowers move through the funnel and note:
- Where do they drop off?
- What questions does the AI receptionist handle well? What does it fumble?
- Are realtor partners receiving and using the co-branded flyers?
- Are rate-drop alerts firing on the right cadence?
We monitor with you and apply tweaks during the 15-day support window included with every snapshot.
After install — the first 30 days
By day 30, the snapshot should be producing:
- Inbound leads captured through calculators and forms.
- AI-handled first-touch conversations.
- Scheduled pre-qualification calls landing on your calendar.
- Pre-qual letters issued same-day.
- At least the first refinance alert firing on past clients (if you imported a past-client database).
- Realtor partners receiving weekly digests.
If something’s not happening by day 30, we treat it as a setup issue and fix it.
Cancellation
The snapshot is one-time pricing. There’s no monthly fee to us — your only ongoing cost is your GoHighLevel subscription. If you decide GHL isn’t for you, you stop paying GHL, and that’s the end. We’re not charging recurring snapshot fees.
